It works a lot better than the other crock pots I actually have. Food cooks smartly on each low and high. My best problem is that my crock is cracked the entire manner although from the highest down to the underside. I didn't drop it however have heard the well-liked pops while it is cooking that differents have mentioned.

DEALING WITH AMAZON HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PLEASURE. THEY SEND "EXACTLY" WHAT THEY DESCRIBE AND THE RATES ARE VERY GOOD IF AT ALL.
