Love the rubber feet on backside and it smooths up beautifully; similar to Stainless Steel does. However, my temperture dial and keep lookout over is faulty and I can't use it on any setting excluding 'barely on warm' or it goes into FULL ROLLING BOIL and the food burns! This is think to be a deep fryer AND a slo cooker. Right now it is best an especially FAST and INTENSE Deep Fryer.
